Shipping Policy
We provide delivery services across all UAE Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain), as well as all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman).
• Within UAE: 24 to 48 business hours.
• GCC Countries: 3 to 7 business days.
• Within UAE: AED 25 (Free shipping for orders over AED 250).
• GCC Countries: Rates are calculated based on destination and weight, starting from AED 50, and will be displayed in detail prior to order confirmation.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a direct tracking link via SMS or email to track your shipment in real-time.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, the delivery agent will contact you to reschedule a convenient date and location for receipt.
